Scottish-based company, Apex Tubulars, is celebrating 40 years in business, having established itself as a trusted supplier of premium quality downhole casing, tubing, and accessories to the global energy industry.
Since the company’s inception in 1984, Apex has prioritised reputation over scale and product quality over quantity. This, along with providing personal and efficient service, 24/7 customer support, and the ability to source stock internationally while responding to some of the industry’s most complex project requirements, has enabled the company to build an extremely loyal customer base, resulting in year-on-year growth.
Now, the OCTG specialist - which also offers accessories such as pup-joints, x-overs, and couplings - has an extensive network spanning the globe, with key clients and contacts in Africa, Australasia, Brazil, the Caspian Region, Europe, the Far East, the Middle East, Norway, Singapore, and the USA.
The close-knit, dynamic team of six at Apex Tubulars brings almost 100 years of combined experience to the table and this year, the team is also celebrating significant milestones internally. 2024 marks 27 years for Managing Director Jim Geddie, 25 years for Director Ronnie Grant and 20 years for UK Sales Manager Susan Watt.
